Our campaigns can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to build once we’ve received the copy and all assets needed.
Our digital sampling campaigns depend on sample quantity and media targeting, typically campaigns run for 2-4 weeks.
The Abeo team has a customer service manager who oversees communications with customers throughout the campaign process. After a customer redeems their sample, they are provided with contact details to reach us if they are experiencing delays in shipment, need to change their address, or have received a broken sample. Abeo’s customer service manager responds in a timely manner to all inquiries.
Data will be shared with the brand two weeks post-campaign close date and will be owned by the brand. Abeo destroys consumer data from the database 60 days after the campaign closes.
We’ve worked with our legal team to make sure that our data and privacy policy meet all regulations (CCPA and GDPR). Our goal is to protect the client’s information and prevent the sharing of data collected from customers participating in our campaigns.
